Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Mannmuqi Village for your stay. We aim to provide you with a peaceful and memorable experience. By booking and staying with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

Reservation Confirmation:
A reservation is confirmed only after receiving a booking confirmation email or message from us.

Identity:

  1. Participants / guests / travellers shall hold a valid government issued ID and address proof (Aadhar card, driving licence, passport, PAN card) and are entitled to provide for verification / photocopy during check in or any required circumstances. 
  2. For group bookings, the organiser shall provide the list of participants including their name, age and contact number. 
  3. In case of group booking at least one ID proof per room shall be produced. In case of school / college booking at least one id proof shall be produced.

Payment Policy:

  1. A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. If the guest fails to pay the advance within the due date, then Mannmuqi Village is not responsible for the unavailability of rooms.
  2. Any participant / guest is entitled to pay all due payments including accommodation, food and other activities before arrival at Mannmuqi Village. 
  3. Some amenities or activities like pottery session, art sessions, barbecue dinner etc require prior booking and additional charges unless specified.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  1. Cancellations made 15 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund. 
  2. Cancellations within 15- 5 days of the check-in date will result in a 50% charge. 
  3. Cancellations less than 5 days of the check-in date will result in a 100% charge.
  4. No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
  5. Cancellation rates shall vary on different programs if mentioned particularly.
  6. Bookings cannot be transferred to third party.
  7. Bookings cannot be transferred to other events or bookings.
  8. Cancellation charges do not apply in case of event cancellation from Mannmuqi village. 
  9. Refund shall be initiated within 5 – 7 days after the receipt of the refund notice or after the end of the scheduled program whichever is later.

Check-In and Check-Out

  1. Check-In Time: 3:00 PM
  2. Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM
  3. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  4. Participants arriving in advance or leaving after organised event dates shall pay additional charges.
  5. Allocation of rooms and sharing of accommodations are subject to the discrete decision of Mannmuqi Village.

House Rules

  1. Participants / guests shall understand and respect the moral & ethical values of the venue and abide the rules and regulations of the venue. 
  2. Respect for Nature and Property: Guests are expected to treat the property, facilities, and natural surroundings with care. Guests shall not disturb any flora / fauna during the program / visit. Any damages caused by guests will be charged to the responsible party.
  3. Noise Policy: Mannmuqi Village is a tranquil retreat; excessive noise or disruptive behaviour is not permitted.
  4. Pets: Pets are allowed only with prior approval. Guests must ensure their pets are well-behaved and do not disturb other guests and dogs present on the premises. 
  5. Guests are expected to treat fellow guests, staff members and residents of Mannmuqi Village with decency and respect. 
  6. Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas, away from common spaces. Alcohol consumption is not permitted within the premises of Mannmuqi Village.
  7. Banned Goods: Possession of any kind of banned goods are strictly prohibited within the premises of Mannmuqi Village.
  8. Personal Safety: Participants / guests shall take the instructions of the hosts/organiser seriously. In any such accidental cases due to guest negligence, Mannmuqi Village or other associated partners are not liable for any injury or loss of life.
  9. Declaration: Mannmuqi Village may require a written declaration for carrying out specific activities which has to be duly signed by the participant /guest.
  10. Denial: Mannmuqi Village and its staffs have the right to deny, resist or cancel any activity if the participants/ guests are not responsive and cooperative to ensure the safety of the participants/guests/staff.

Liability

  1. Mannmuqi Village does not entertain any illegal activity or trespassing into any private or reserved areas. Any liabilities due to illegal trespassing are the whole responsibility of the participants/guests. 
  2. Mannmuqi Village is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  3. Mannmuqi Village is not responsible for injuries, accidents or loss of life occurring on the property due to guest negligence.
  4. Guests must use Mannmuqi Village’s facilities and participate in activities organised here at their own risk.

Health and Safety

  1. Medical Conditions: Guests with medical conditions should inform us prior to their stay to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
  2. Emergencies: In case of an emergency, contact a staff member immediately for assistance.

Promotions, Issue of Notices, Sale of Products & Advertisements

  1. Prior notices should be made to issue notices, pamphlets and other kinds of information or advertisement in the programs of Mannmuqi Village.
  2. Mannmuqi Village has the right to prevent any individual from issuing notices, circulars, pamphlets and other related materials found offensive to its core principles.
  3. Communication on promotion of third-party objects without the prejudice of concerned matter is strictly denied during the stay.
  4. Prior notice should be made if any individual or organisation requires to sell any products during their stay/visit.
  5. Mannmuqi Village shall restrict sale and promotion of any third-party products brands or other materials found offensive to its core principles during the program without prior notice.

Modifications and Cancellations by Mannmuqi Village

We reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, safety concerns, or maintenance issues. In such cases, guests will receive a full refund or an alternative booking option.

Privacy

Personal information provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disputes

Any disputes arising from your stay will be governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India.
